About Red Caviar
Our journey to find and offer the best caviar in the world led us to Norway, the home of Pure Atlantic Salmon Caviar.
The salmon in Norway are grown in the North Atlantic salt waters. Most salmon are grown in freshwater, but the waters of the sea add a unique flavor to the caviar produced here. The result is a blend unlike any you’ll find anywhere else!
With our unique pasteurization technique, our caviar stands out from the rest of the products offered around the world. Our customers receive top-quality caviar with a six-month shelf life, with no preservatives added to take away from the natural flavor!
There are mainly 4 species of sturgeons from which caviar is made. These are: Beluga, Sevryuga, Osetra and Sterlet. Beluga is the most expensive and most delicious of all. On the other hand, cheaper caviar comes from mixed species and most of the time does not have that unique and amazing taste. We offer the best price for these particular species.
We ship our caviar (your order) with Express Post in specially insulated satchels using ice gel packs to maintain the correct temperature. It will stay cool up to 48 hours while in transit.
Salmon caviar is proudly manufactured in Norway. This is where the best Atlantic Salmon comes from. In this case we think that origin matters.
We recommend storing caviar between -4 and 0 degrees. Sometimes it is hard to control the correct temperature of your fridge, so try to keep it near the top drawer. This is where your fridge has the coolest temperature.
Caviar has to be stored between -4 and 0 degrees. Because of that, we cannot offer refunds as we cannot guarantee that during that time it was stored correctly. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we are happy to deal with it on a case by case basis.
If you are in Sydney you are more than welcome to visit our office and collect your order in person.
