Located on the historic Glebe Point Road, the 16-seat fine diner Carte offers guests an exciting and unique sensory dining experience, incorporating artistic elements in every detail of execution.
Overseeing your evening, chef & owner Bing Liu has crafted a caviar-centric menu. Expect to see Liu’s signature French & Japanese influence, incorporating flavours that will showcase the ANNA Dutch caviar in an immersive and imaginative story.
Your night will be matched to perfection, with champagne from the Pol Roger portfolio. Expect to enjoy some of their best vintages paired against the flavour profiles of the ANNA Dutch caviar.
The backdrop to your degustation is a charming art-lined room, featuring artworks by celebrated Chinese-Australian artists such as Guan Wei and Jiawei Shen.
As one might expect from a restaurant focused on caviar — and from a company that sources only the best caviar — this will be an indulgent culinary adventure.
