We charge the minimum shipment rates that are available and we don’t make money on shipment. Generally, your order is shipped on the next business day, however there could be some situations we are unable to so. For example if you place your order on Friday we will ship only on Monday so the package remains cool in transit which means you will get your order on Tuesday in your are within next day delivery area for Express Post.
Most of the orders are shipped from the Sydney warehouse and it will take 1 day for the order to be delivered.
It is common sense that products that have to remain chilled cannot be returned because we cannot make sure it was stored correctly. Which means it cannot be returned if you change your mind. However, we are more than happy to deal with on on a case by case basis if you are not happy with the quality of the product or something happened to it while it was in transit.
