we have you covered
Got any questions?
1. I found a better price elsewhere. Why I should buy from you?
There are mainly 4 species of sturgeons from which caviar is made. These are: Beluga, Sevryuga, Osetra and Sterlet. Beluga is the most expensive and most delicious of all. On the other hand, cheaper caviar comes from mixed species and most of the time does not have that unique and amazing taste. We offer the best price for these particular species.
2. How do you ship caviar?
We ship our caviar (your order) with Express Post in specially insulated satchels using ice gel packs to maintain the correct temperature. It will stay cool up to 48 hours while in transit.
3. Where are salmon eggs (caviar) made?
Salmon caviar is proudly manufactured in Canada. This is where the best Pacific Ocean Salmon comes from. In this case we think that origin matters.
4. How should I store caviar?
We recommend storing caviar between -4 and 0 degrees. Sometimes it is hard to control the correct temperature of your fridge, so try to keep it near the top drawer. This is where your fridge has the coolest temperature.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Caviar has to be stored between -4 and 0 degrees. Because of that, we cannot offer refunds as we cannot guarantee that it was stored correctly after leaving our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we are happy to deal with it on a case by case basis.
6. Do you offer local pickups?
Orders can be collected from South Sailor restaurant in Thirroul. Located 1 hour south of Sydney, and 15 minutes north of Wollongong.
7. How long will my caviar take to be delivered?
All orders are sent via StarTrack Premium at no charge to you. To ensure your order spends minimal time in transit, here is our delivery schedule: *Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday* Delivery to capital cities & major centres is the next working day. Remote locations are delivered within 1-2 working days. *Orders placed between Thursday - Sunday* Are prioritised for Monday despatch. Time frame as above.
